If you already have a website, we can set up Internet marketing to drive prospective patients to your site using pay-per-click advertising and other methods of Internet marketing.

Pay-per-click advertising (PPC) is a method of advertising on search engines, such as Google, Yahoo and Bing (MSN), where an ad appears on the search engine results (usually on the top and to the right of the results) and if the searcher clicks on the ad, you pay for that click.

We offer an Internet marketing set-up package for dentists with existing websites. The package is customized to work for your practice and area, and for the types of treatment or services you want to attract patients for. For example, we can customize a campaign to capture dental implant patients, cosmetic patients, large restorative cases, etc.

As the target is to make your Internet marketing work optimally, we don't just set your campaign up but monitor it closely for the first two months. During this period we do a full review and analysis of your Internet marketing and of how well your website is converting. This review is not only to optimize the existing marketing set-up, but also to find out how to further improve your marketing and take advantage of any opportunities that show.

The package steps include:

  • Interview with the dentist
  • A review of your site to add, as needed, ways to contact the office and call-to-actions.
  • Set-up of your website so that it is search engine friendly.

  • Review of your competition who are also advertising on the Internet in your area.
  • Set up of pay-per-click advertising on various search engines. We have proprietary campaigns that have been proven to work for different types of practices and procedures. These are customized to your practice and designed to stand out from the competition. We target locally according to a zip code analysis and the type of procedure. For example, for a dentist who is very experienced in dental implants we target a broader area than for general dentistry.
  • Add your site to Google maps.
  • Set you up on other Internet marketing, such as directories, review sites.
  • Set up of a tracking system, including phone tracking. We provide you with suggested scripts to handle incoming phone calls and emails.
  • After set up, we run your marketing for six weeks during which time we adjust it to work optimally. At the end of of the six weeks we perform a full analysis of the effectiveness of your Internet marketing based on Internet analytics, our proprietary Internet Marketing Review Checklist, and the data you supply us from your office.
  • We analyze your website performance and supply you recommendations for improving it. These recommendations can be carried out by Gilleard Practice Marketing or by your website creator.

The Internet is an ever-evolving marketing landscape. The most popular search engine, Google, is continuously coming out with new marketing devices and new rules, there are new opportunities and new pitfalls and new players are constantly coming onto the scene with their own websites. For this reason your marketing should be continuously monitored.

Once your campaign is set up and working optimally, for a low fee we continue to monitor and adjust your campaign. This includes:

  • Continuous monitoring of your campaigns with monthly reports
  • Website maintenance
  • Changes you might need to make to your website, including new photos, patient forms, etc.
  • Biannual full reviews using our Review Checklist followed by adjustments to your website and Internet marketing. Full report on your marketing, adjustments made and any recommendations.

Internet Marketing Management & Maintenance month-to-month contracts for $349. A discount can be given if you have coverage for website maintenance.
